About Us
Our founder, Mindy Teng, realized that there is a social taboo concerning menstruation in today’s society and most women still feel shameful when talking about their own menstrual health. She personally felt that no one should be ashamed of saying "I'm on my period" and saw the need to create open discussion on the topic of menstruation, without any feelings of embarrassment, awkwardness and shame.
Moreover, a majority of the public in Singapore were still unaware or not knowledgeable of the alternative menstrual products available to them. Thus, she found this opportunity to introduce different feminine products that are sustainable.
With a team of women she is close to, who share the same values, have come together as “CRIMSON RED''. This shade of red represents empowerment, boldness, passion, powerful and vibrant. This color also aspires women to be more comfortable and confident discussing about this topic.
Through this journey, we aim to provide women with products that are of highest quality, suitable and the best for them while reducing period stigma.
