  • How do I sign up and become a CRIMSON RED member?

Ans: Click on the “Rewards” tab to create an account.

 

  • Do I have to create an account to shop at CRIMSON RED?

Ans: You do not need to create an account to shop at CRIMSON RED. However, you will be able to earn rewards when creating an account before shopping.

 

  • What are the benefits of creating an account and joining as a CRIMSON RED member?

Ans: you get to earn points which can be exchanged into rewards such as being able to enjoy $5 OFF your purchases.

 

  • How do we earn reward points?

Ans: When signing up for an account, you will earn 30 points immediately. On your birthday month, you will receive 50 points. Earn 25 points every dollar spent. 

 

  • Will my reward points expire? 

Ans: Points will expire annually. The cut-off date will be on 31 Dec, 11:59pm

 

  • How do I redeem my points?

Ans: Points will be deducted and applied during checkout.

 

Orders & Delivery

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Ans: Deliveries will usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.

 

  • There is a wrong/ missing product from my order. What should I do?

Ans: Please contact our support team through email at crimson2021red@gmail.com or through our website live chat. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

 

  • Can I change my delivery address for existing orders?

Ans: We are sorry to inform you that the delivery address cannot be edited once orders are placed. 

 

  • Can I self collect the items? 

Ans: Unfortunately, we do not have a physical retail store as of now. The shipping methods are economy, standard, and express. 

 

Return & Exchange & Cancellations

  • Can I cancel my order?

Ans: Unfortunately once orders are placed, it cannot be cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience made.

 

  • How can I make a refund, return or exchange?

Ans: Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to make any refund, return or exchange. Before sending out your order, we will email you a visual proof to assure you that our products are of good quality.
